terms of service
Upon requesting an order, you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms & conditions.

First come, first served.
Please provide clear images of your character for reference. Additional details or requests are welcome.
No hard deadlines. Completion may take up to 1-3 months, relative to how many requests taken since I will be working through a queue. Clients are free to ask for progress at any given time.
Additional time will be needed depending on the type of commission requested and how much pieces the clients ordered.
Clients will be updated on sketch, value, and coloring progress. I will also update my progress on Trello for easier tracking.
Major changes can only be done during sketching phase. Only minor changes could be made at further process.
I have the right to refuse your commission if I'm unable to complete it, if it contains hateful conduct, or if it goes against my terms of service
USD rate commissions are only available through Vgen. For IDR rate commissions please click the Local Form button.
payment and refunds
Commission conversion rates are USD $1.00 = IDR Rp10.000
Full payment through Vgen System (USD) or Bank Transfer (IDR). IDR price is for Indonesian only.
Payment will be done upfront after sketching phase. Any further progress won't be made until payment is done.
Payment will be fully refunded if I'm unable to complete your commission.
usage policy
Clients are allowed to use their commissioned piece for personal-use only. Usage such as icons, individual print, non-commercial merch, etc. Is ok! It is forbidden to use the artwork for profit or business.
Your artwork may be posted on my social media or used in my portfolio. Please let me know in advance if you'd like to keep your commissioned work private.
Clients are prohibited to use the rejected sketches. I am allowed to use them for future artwork as composition bases.
DO NOT convert my artwork into a NFT or use it for AI. As the artist, I reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork.
For commercial-uses, please inquire me for updated ToS & rates.
Workflow
Here's a general description on how the commission progress will proceed:
The clients will send their brief and visual references.
Sketching Phase - Clients will receive a sketch update. Major revisions are only available at this phase.
Payment - After the sketch is agreed upon, clients are required to make payments via Vgen System (USD) or Bank Transfer (IDR). Further progress will only be made once payment is fulfilled.
Value Phase - Clients will receive a value update. This is where I start to render with bnw or monochrome. If I'm comfortable enough with the work, this step can be skipped and on to coloring phase. Only minor changes are available for this phase.
Coloring Phase - Clients will receive a color update before render. Only minor changes; such as color change, are available for this phase.
PNG and JPEG files will be sent through Vgen platform for USD rates, and email for IDR rates.
